As you are well aware, Maureen and I purchased our first condo in Florida back in April and immediately began the difficult task of finding a good dependable contractor to handle some much needed remodeling. Because of the limited time we had before heading back to Pennsylvania, we needed to interview contractors, pick materials, accept proposals and make all of these decisions within five days.

We immediately reached out to contractors that had been personally recommended by our friends and associates and also searched the internet for potential candidates to speak with as well. Ironically, this is how we found your company. With five potential contractors, we met with each of you within days to start the process.

After meeting with you the first time, we felt very comfortable with your approach to the process. You were extremely responsive to our calls, professional in your delivery and knowledgeable about your trade which we definitely needed during this stressful time. Considering we were going to be a thousand miles away during this entire build out we need someone we could also trust. Although your bid was not the cheapest as it related to cost, we felt very comfortable in dealing with you and made the decision to move forward with your company.

It is now several months later, we have had a chance to see the finished product and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our decision. Your Team did an outstanding job and dealing with you throughout this entire process was just great. Your continuous communications was truly appreciated and the quality of work you provided was just incredible. We could bore you by listing all the support you provided but this letter would go on forever.
